At Jenpharm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has the security seal intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service of your choice.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our dermatological team approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
